Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 3 days from the day and time of purchase, no questions asked. After 3 days since purchase, there are no refunds.

To request a refund, your request must submitted on the Refund Request Form (Link) and time stamped less than 3 24-hour periods from time of purchase. FRDV will reply via email to the address on file that a refund has been initiated.

The refund will be placed back on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the transaction to appear on your credit card.
